Splash pad to open April 1st

Downtown Cleveland's "coolest" outdoor attraction is set to open on April 1st. The splash pad attracts thousands of visitors each year and offers a great way to cool off during the summer months. The fountains encompass 18,600 square feet and include a child-safe mirror pond.
