2023 SEASON
Cleveland Public Square is accepting applications for the 2023 season which runs from
May 16 to September 26 | 11:30 AM-1:30 PM.

Are you a food truck that is customer-centric, has incredible food, and has a passion for Cleveland? Cleveland Public Square may be the perfect spot to set up shop on Tuesdays this summer! 

 

Food Truck Tuesdays are a staple for downtown residents, businesses, and visitors during the summer months.

FOOD TRUCK TUESDAY – FAQ’s

 

WHAT ARE THE DATES & TIMES?

Every Tuesday MAY 16 to SEPTEMBER 26

11:30 AM – 1:30PM

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PARTICIPATE?

$50/per day/per truck is due at the time of scheduling.


WHERE DO I PARK?

Parking of the food trucks is under the permission and supervision of GPC. Directions will be provided in advance regarding the exact parking location and are based upon the configuration of individual events.

  • For “Food Truck Tuesdays”, the trucks will be parked on Rockwell Avenue, facing east in the south curb lane.

  • Trucks will be parked by their arrival time and the driver may not choose which space to park.

  • Food trucks must maintain a 10’ minimum distance from the front bumper of one truck to the rear bumper of the next food truck

 

CAN WE SELL ALCOHOL/DISTRIBUTE ALCOHOL?

Distribution or selling of alcohol during Food Truck Tuesdays is expressly prohibited.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT FOR MY SCHEDULED EVENT?

WHAT TIME DO I ARRIVE FOR SET-UP?

Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before the start of the event for the safety of the public. Provide yourself enough time to begin serving at the listed event start time.  

 

WHAT TIME CAN I TEAR DOWN?

Unless notified by Group Plan Commission Staff due to extenuating circumstances, all food trucks are required to remain on-site until the end of the event, even if they are no longer able to serve. This is for the safety of the pedestrians and customers attending the event.  

 

HOW CAN I SHARE EVENTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Follow and tag @clepublicsquare on your social media channels. Once your application is approved you will be provided a Media Kit with graphics and content ideas to promote your participation in Food Truck Tuesday.
