DRESS CODE POLICY

Proper attire is required to present a positive and professional image when representing the GPC.
Clothing is to be modest, clean, pressed, and in good condition.
The General Manager reserves the right to determine the dress attire’s appropriateness.
INAPPROPRIATE DRESS
Tight-fitting, low-cut, revealing clothing.
Torn or ripped clothing.
Revealing or lack of appropriate undergarments.
Appropriate hats, caps, or visors are permitted. Sweatbands or bandanas are not permitted.
T-Shirts with slogans, profanity, nude or semi-nude pictures, suggestive cartoons or drawings.
Facial piercing, other than earrings.
Arm tattoos must be covered with long sleeves and not readily visible.
Sandals are permitted, but flip-flops are not permitted.
UNIFORM POLICY
The Uniform Policy, in conjunction with the Dress Code Policy, aids in projecting a positive and professional image when representing the GPC.
Wear GPC uniform shirts during all working hours.
Appropriate shorts and comfortable shoes or sandals are accepted, but flip-flop sandals are not permitted.
Shorts should be finger-top length. Skirts are not recommended.
Responsible for care and condition of uniform: clean, wrinkle-free, and non-tattered.
Replacement uniform provided when necessary due to excessive wear or work-related damage.
Return uniform to Supervisor at end of tenure.
PERSONAL HYGIENE POLICY
A presentation of professionalism is important to uphold the standards of the Group Plan Commission. Appropriate personal hygiene and grooming habits are expected and essential components when representing the GPC.
