As a non-profit organization, it is important to collect data and feedback from our community, provide information to our funders, and to improve our services.


Below you will review the daily procedures in regards to collecting data.



 

PARENT/GUARDIAN QUESTIONNAIRE

  • Each day you will work with parents and guardians of children that attend Summer Splash to complete a questionnaire/survey VIA IPad to share their feedback with the Group Plan Commission

END OF DAY REPORT

  • Each day the Supervisor on duty will use the iPad to conduct an end of day report for the Summer Splash program.
