WHERE CAN I FIND?
PUBLIC SQUARE ADDRESS | 100 West Superior Ave ( save in case of emergency)
1ST FLOOR STOREROOM | First Floor Terminal Tower across from Brook Brothers clothing store
3RD FLOOR STOREROOM | T-3 from the freight elevator (to get back to the lobby use M-2)
STAFF + VENDOR + EMERGENCY CONTACTS | the office bulletin board (save in your phone!)

GREET TEAM
STORE PERSONAL ITEMS | in a storage closet
CLOCK IN | “When I Work” app (use office iPad)
CHECK EVENT CALENDAR
CHECK WEATHER CONDITIONS | adjust games
CHECK-IN | with supervisor for assignments
LUNCH BREAK | arrange with Supervisor
BRING FROM OFFICE | key lanyard, I-Pad, I-Phone, clipboard
LOAD FROM STOREROOM | program activities + "A" frame signs
SET UP
SET UP EQUIPMENT | safely + properly + neatly
STORE EXTRA EQUIPMENT | underneath information table
TABLE CLOTH | on the information table
STORE CARTS | place on the side of Rebol
CHANGE SIGNAGE | today's activities
UNLOCK + INSPECT RESTROOMS | notify DCA if cleaning is required
UNLOCK ELECTRICAL BOX | for Square Sounds
ASSIST + DIRECT PERFORMERS OR VENDORS | for insurance performance allow them to care for their own equipment
ANNOUNCEMENTS | remind musician to make announcements to promote any special activities occurring

REPORT SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR | DCA Dispatch (216-621-6000) and Supervisor (never hesitate to call 911 immediately in the case of an emergency!)
MAINTAIN SAFETY + SECURITY OF CHILDREN
LUNCH BREAK | receive if scheduled for 6+hrs work, let the supervisor know you are taking lunch

OH NO - SHUT DOWN THE SPLASH PAD!
There are times that we need to take action if the water in the Splash Pad becomes contaminated. Check out the detailed plan in the Daily Operating Procedures for that to do if the following contaminants get into the water: urine, food, vomit, fecal, or diarrhea.
WHERE DO I FIND THE “Hard Shut Down”?
The power switches are inside Rebol Café, located in the electrical panel inside the kitchen, underneath their sound system equipment.
The key to unlock the panel is on the Summer Splash key ring and lanyard.4
Hard Shut Down: The switches are individually labeled as, “Fountain” and “Splash Pad”. Turn both of the switches to the “Off” position
